• During the peak season, we are only available by phone if you have a scheduled consultation or call.

• All of our clients are recommended to text us from the number on file we have for them if they have quick questions or message us through the secure client portal.

Do you do estimates?

• No. If you submit your tax information to us we will prepare your return.

• If you decide to go with another preparer, you are still responsible for compensating us for our work performed.

• Our pricing is very transparent and listed on our website. Any unpaid invoices for work performed will be sent to collections.
